ASN Bank is committed to providing a safe and ethical environment for everyone working at or with us. We do everything we can to prevent misconduct. Still, incidents can happen. In such cases, it’s important that you feel safe and protected when reporting a (suspected) case of misconduct – even if you prefer to remain anonymous.

We understand that speaking up can be difficult. But by being informed of what’s going wrong, we can take appropriate action. Your report helps us fulfil ASN Bank’s social responsibility. It also contributes to preserving public trust in banks.

At ASN Bank, misconduct includes illegal, unethical or otherwise inappropriate behaviour, as well as violations of internal and external laws, regulations, policies and procedures. This includes:
Who can report?
In principle, anyone can report misconduct. This includes not only current employees, but also former employees, contractors, agency workers, freelancers, volunteers, interns, job applicants, shareholders, members of the Executive Committee, Supervisory Board members and staff of (sub)contractors or suppliers.

You can report in writing and anonymously via ASN Bank’s external SpeakUp reporting line.
