Executive Board

Role and responsibilities

The Executive Board is responsible for managing ASN Bank. This includes determining strategy and objectives, ensuring sound internal governance, and working towards long-term value creation  in a sustainable and responsible manner.

In carrying out its duties, the Executive Board is guided by sustainable long-term value creation for ASN Bank and all its stakeholders, including its customers,  shareholder,  employees and  wider society.
