Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board (SB) monitors, advises and supports the Executive Board (EB) in performing its duties and responsibilities. Together with the EB, the SB is responsible for ASN Bank’s long-term sustainable value creation.

The SB forms part of ASN Bank’s ‘governing body in its supervisory function’ as defined in CRD IV. In performing their duties, SB members are guided by the interests of ASN Bank and its businesses, while considering the legitimate interests of all parties involved with the bank.
