Retirement schedule

A commissioner is appointed for a period of four years and can thereafter be reappointed once for a period of four years. The commissioner can subsequently be reappointed again for a term of two years, which can then be extended by a maximum of two years. Reappointment after a period of eight years is justified in the report of the Supervisory Board. Upon appointment or reappointment, account is taken of the profile of the Supervisory Board, the performance of the person concerned, the term of office and other criteria to be determined.
