External auditor

EY is the external auditor of ASN Bank. EY audits our consolidated financial statements and the statutory financial statements of our subsidiaries. The external auditor is in regular contact with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), the internal auditor and the financial staff department of ASN Bank. EY also attends the meetings of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of ASN Bank and attends the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at which the Annual Report is discussed and the financial statements are adopted.
