Reporting a misconduct
ASN Bank is committed to an ethical organization and a safe working environment. Therefore, we do everything we can to encourage the desired behavior and to prevent misconduct as much as possible. If this does still occur, it is important to discuss it and report it, so that we can identify issues in a timely manner, learn from them, and improve where necessary.
The SpeakUp Regulations of ASN Bank describe the agreements that have been made about making misconduct discussable and reportable, and how reports are followed up. This also includes the reporting of wrongdoings, as defined in the Whistleblowers Protection Act.
External stakeholders who do not have access to internal reporting procedures can report misconduct such as wrongdoings or behavioral incidents through the SpeakUp reporting point of ASN Bank. These reports remain anonymous, unless someone themselves mentions their own name and contact details.
