Securitisations

ASN Bank entered into securitisation programmes to obtain funding and to improve liquidity. Within these programmes ASN Bank sells own-originated mortgage receivables to a SPV. ASN Bank retains an economic interest in these companies and fully consolidates these in the financial statements.
